After months of intensive efforts, Shunhai Shipyard has officially delivered the SH177 and SH18X series vessels to customers, marking the successful mass production rollout of this vessel series. Notably, the core intelligent systems and critical equipment modules for this batch of ships were entirely constructed by Yagena, injecting cutting-edge technological power that enhances both navigational safety and operational efficiency.

Yagena's latest project encompasses a system that covers all scenarios of ship operations, including core application systems such as intelligent navigation and smart engine rooms, along with specialized equipment like IBS (Integrated Bridge Systems), INS, IMS (Integrated Machinery Spaces), and AMS, as well as key functional modules such as fuel management, communication and navigation devices, remote level monitoring, integrated ship-shore platforms, and a unified portal.

This project features six core modules, creating a comprehensive, end-to-end intelligent operational system. The intelligent navigation system supports automatic course control and single-person bridge operation, while also providing tiered alerts to proactively identify and mitigate navigational risks—significantly enhancing both safety and efficiency. Meanwhile, the intelligent engine room, combined with integrated ship-shore operations, enables early fault detection and predictive maintenance, further reducing operational risks.

The integrated ship-shore monitoring system breaks down data silos, enabling real-time transmission of vessel-side data back to shore-based operations. With the help of visualized reports, it delivers all-around control, allowing crew members and managers to seamlessly collaborate with just one click. Additionally, the fuel management system provides optimal energy-saving strategies, helping to reduce operational costs and carbon emissions.
