Yagana and Saudi OSLCO have formed a strategic partnership to jointly create a new blueprint for maritime intelligence in the Middle East.

On January 24, Hangzhou Yagena Technology Co., Ltd. and Saudi OSLCO Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Using core technologies for ship informationization as the key link, the two companies will deeply penetrate the Middle Eastern maritime market and jointly build a new ecosystem of intelligent and green development for the regional maritime industry.

Chairman Wang Xiaofeng, together with the core team, warmly welcomed the delegation led by the General Manager of OSLCO and accompanied them on a tour of the R&D center. During the visit, they demonstrated live key technological achievements, including intelligent ships and integrated ship navigation systems, fully showcasing Yagena’s technological prowess in the field of maritime intelligence.

The two sides engaged in in-depth consultations on cooperation details and reached an important consensus: the retrofitting project of the “SEA WAVE2” vessel under OSLCO at an Egyptian shipyard will serve as the first benchmark project, and Yagana’s comprehensive smart solutions will be fully deployed to create a model demonstration of intelligent ships in the Middle East region.
